Timothy Lloyd has a Ph.D. in anthropology/archaeology. He is a Registered Professional Archaeologist, and works in the Archaeology Unit of the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NY SHPO). Timothy Lloyd joined the staff of NY SHPO in 2014 with 25 years experience in cultural resource management, managing a wide variety of projects from the Midwest through the Northeast.
